How do I return an item?
On defective items we offer an exchange or money back in addition to any manufacturer warranties. All items must be returned unused, undamaged by you, and in their packaging. On any return that is not a defective product there is a 14-day money back guarantee, but buyer will pay return shipping and be subject to a 20% restocking fee. When you have an issue e-mail our customer support team at email@example.com with the subject line "ATTN: RETURN" with your order number, which can be found on the rop right corner of your receipt, and give us a a description of the issue within the time frame described. We will get back to you with instructions on how to return the item to us. Replacements and refunds will be issued ONLY after the defective item has arrived back at our warehouse. "Dead on Arrival" claims and "Wrong Item Received" must be made within 72 hours of delivery time. 14 day money back claims must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns to us must be postmarked no more than 5 days after receiving your your return authorization.
